Mac Mor Launches Exclusive ULTRAMATTE Fabric
Toronto - July 3, 2007 - a new exclusive twill fabric has been launched by leading men's rainwear, Jacket and coat specialist, Mac Mor of Canada.
"ULTRAMATTE has an elegant matte finish with natural stretch. It tailors and hangs beautifully," says Sheldon Goldstein, design director at Mac Mor who has used the exclusive fabrics for contemporary rainwear and jackets for 2008.
ULTRAMATTE was developed exclusively for Mac Mor for their contemporary customer. High twist polyester yarns in a twill construction combine with special finishing and give the fabric a natural stretch, water repellency and unique hand.
"We worked with our mills on perfecting the finish. I think we have created a unique matte look that is subtle and sophisticated", comments Goldstein.
Mac Mor will introduce their new ULTRAMATTE fabric in several styles in a subtle earth tone palette, for Spring 2008. Mac Mor will present their full collection of rainwear, jackets and outerwear to the trade at the upcoming New York Menswear Collective, Booth 3143 July 23-25 at Pier 94 in New York.
